1. Click on Tools and select Accounts.
2. Click on the Mail tab then: Click on Add to add a new mail account OR Click on Properties to view your mail options.
3. Enter your full name and then click on Next.
4. Enter your Email address and click on Next.
5. Enter the planttel.net mail servers exactly as shown below and click on Next.
6. Enter your account name and password and click on Next.
7. When you have reached this stage click on Finish.
Checking Properties:
1. Click on Tools and select Accounts.
2. Click on the Mail tab and click on Properties to view your mail options.
3. Under General, make sure your e-mail address is correct.
4. Click on Servers to make sure your the mail server settings are correct.
5. Click Ok to save changes.
