These numbers can be either local or long distance.* Speed Calling is available in either 8 or 30 number capacities. |

| How to program Speed Calling 8 or 30: |

Select a one-digit code (numbers 2 through 9) for Speed Calling 8. Select a two-digit code (numbers 29-49) for Speed Calling 30 for each phone number you enter. |

Press    for Speed Calling 8. (on a rotary phone, dial 1174) |

Press  for Speed Calling 30. (on a rotary phone, dial 1175) |

Listen for three beeps, then dial tone. Enter the code you have selected and immediately enter the complete telephone number, including the 1 + area code for long distance numbers.* Two beeps will confirm your entry. Then hang up. |

To change a number stored in memory: Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3. The old numbers will be automatically replaced in the phone's memory with the new number. | .. |

Simply press the Speed Calling digits that correspond to the number you want to reach. Then, press the "#" key. On a rotary phone, wait 4 seconds after dialing. Your call will be dialed automatically. | |
