When can I begin to use my card?
Immediately. There is no need to activate your card. Simply follow the steps of "Organizing a Conference" found in the user guide. Your card contains all of the Reservationless Conference Calling features, please keep it in a safe place.

What is the difference between the Chairperson Passcode and Participant Passcode?
The Chairperson Passcode is your personal access code. You will use the Chairperson Passcode to open the conference. This passcode should be kept private, but you can distribute the Participant Passcode freely to all those joining the call.

What if I need assistance during my call?
Help is always available 24/7/365, simply press *0.

What if I am late in joining my conference call?
Not a problem. While your Participants are waiting for you to join the call, they will hear our standard settings of music on hold. Once you join the call, using your Chairperson Passcode, the conference will begin. If you would like to do a roll call simply press # then 1.

If the Chairperson is the first to enter the call, what does he/she hear?
Once the Chairperson enters the call he/she will hear silence until the Participants join the call.
