Call Forward Remote Access

If you forget to forward your calls before leaving home or the office, no need to worry. Call Forward Remote Access allows you to activate or deactivate your Call Forwarding feature from any touchtone phone line including your cellular phone. You must subscribe to a Call Forwarding feature to use this.

How to use Call Forward No Answer:

From a remote touchtone telephone line, press the exchange office number that provides your Call Forwarding feature.

The exchange numbers are as follows:

Omega	528-9222
Warwick	535-9222
Lenox	546-9222
Pearson	422-9222
Willacoochee	534-9222
Soperton	529-9222
Pinehurst	645-9222

Listen for special dial tone; press your home telephone number or the number that has the Call Forwarding feature.

Immediately press your Personal Identification Number (PIN) which was assigned by the phone company.

Listen for three beeps and press the Call Forwarding code number you want activate or deactivate.

Example:

For Call Forwarding, press *72. Refer to the Call Forwarding page. Follow the steps on "How to Use."

For Call Forward Busy Line, press *90. Refer to the Call Forward Busy Line page. Follow the stops on "How to Use."

For Call Forward No Answer, press *92. Refer to the Call Forward No Answer page. Follow the stops on "How to Use."

Listen for three beeps, then hang up.

How to deactivate Call Forward Remote Access:

	Follow steps 1 through 3 of "How to Use."
	Press the deactivation instruction that corresponds to the forwarding feature you want to deactivate. (See reference pages from the links provided in Step 4 above.)

.Note:

Selective Call Forwarding will not work with Call Forward Remote Access.
